Using Inspoetry
Inspoetry is operated by Inspoetry in South Africa. It offers inspiration through music passages and community interpretations. The service is a prototype and features may be unavailable. These terms apply to the current service, including its development and preview features.

Reading is available without an account. Submission and following features require a supported sign-in method. Keep access to your sign-in account secure. Motivation and interpretation content is not medical advice, crisis support or a substitute for professional care.
What you submit
Choose the correct artist, identify the song and source, and explain the meaning in your own words. Submit only material you are entitled to share. Do not post full lyrics, private personal data, harassment, misogyny, threats, sexual exploitation, discriminatory abuse or content encouraging harm.
A short passage is not automatically free of copyright restrictions. Submitting a passage does not prove permission to publish it. We review source accuracy, context, suitability and applicable rights before publication.
You retain any rights you hold in your own interpretation. By asking us to review and publish it, you authorise the storage, local automated analysis, human review, editing for clarity and display necessary for that purpose, subject to applicable law and your privacy rights. You cannot grant rights in a song that you do not own.
Review and moderation
Submissions can be pending, approved or not selected. A local model can assist reviewers, but human review decides publication. We can remove or limit content that is inaccurate, harmful, infringes rights or compromises the service. Publication is not guaranteed and a model explanation may be imperfect.
To raise a moderation or rights concern, contact privacy@inspoetry.com. If you believe your work has been used without permission, identify the content and the basis of your claim without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
Other services
Google, Apple, Spotify and infrastructure providers have their own terms. Spotify access is optional and can depend on its product availability, permissions and subscription rules. Inspoetry is not endorsed by the artists or these services. Availability of a song or an API feature is not guaranteed.
Your rights remain
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. South African law governs these terms, subject to mandatory protections that apply where you live. We do not require you to waive those protections. The Privacy policy explains data handling, and is not a substitute for required consent.
Access and account closure
You may stop using the service at any time. Use the signed-in account portal to request account deletion; the Privacy policy and Data retention page explain the process. We may restrict an account when necessary to address abuse, unlawful content or security threats. You can contact privacy@inspoetry.com to ask us to review a restriction.
Availability and changes
The service is in development. Features and music availability may change or become unavailable, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We will identify changes to these terms by their effective date and provide an appropriate notice or consent step when required by law. These provisions do not remove any non-excludable consumer rights.
